Shipping policy

1. Scope and Contracting Entity

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made on glitzandgraf.com (the “Site”).

The Site is operated by GLITZ&GRAF AGENCY SRL, Calea Moșilor 88, Sc. F, Ap. F1, Sector 3, 030152, Bucharest, Romania, Trade Register J2024001076400, Fiscal Identification Code (CUI): 49445834, EU VAT: RO49624287 (“GLITZ&GRAF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.


2. Print-on-Demand Fulfilment and Multi-Origin Shipments

Most products sold on the Site are produced after you place your order using print-on-demand (“POD”) fulfilment.

Production, packaging, and shipping are handled by third-party fulfilment partners located in different regions. Depending on the product type, stock availability, and destination, your order may be produced and shipped domestically or internationally.

If your order contains multiple items, those items may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages, each with its own tracking number where available.

Minor variations in color, print placement, embroidery placement, garment texture, or size within normal manufacturing tolerances may occur and do not automatically constitute defects.


3. Processing Times

3.1 Production lead time. Standard production typically takes 2–7 business days after successful payment authorization.

3.2 Peak periods and delays. During holidays, promotional periods, supply shortages, carrier congestion, customs processing, or other high-volume periods, production and dispatch may take longer.

3.3 Order changes or cancellations. Because production may begin quickly after payment is confirmed, requests to change or cancel an order may only be possible before the order enters production. Once production has started, we may be unable to amend or cancel the order.


4. Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates

4.1 Shipping partners. Orders are shipped using third-party carrier networks selected by our fulfilment partners based on the destination, package type, and service availability.

4.2 Estimated delivery times. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier service, customs processing, and local conditions. After dispatch, most orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days. In some cases, especially for cross-border shipments or peak periods, delivery may take longer.

4.3 Estimated, not guaranteed. Any delivery timeframes shown on the Site, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.4 Carrier responsibility. While we monitor orders and assist with shipping issues where possible, actual transit times, customs handling, local delivery scheduling, and final-mile performance are outside our direct control.


5. Shipping Address and Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Please include all information necessary for successful delivery, such as full name, street address, building number, apartment or unit number, postal code, locality, region where relevant, and a valid contact number where needed by the carrier.

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or certain restricted addresses. If the address provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable, delivery may be delayed, returned to sender, or fail entirely.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


6. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package characteristics, fulfilment origin, and applicable shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping discounts or free-shipping campaigns. Any such offer is subject to the conditions displayed on the Site at the time of purchase, including any thresholds, geographic limitations, or campaign periods.

The shipping conditions shown and accepted at checkout apply to your order.


7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Prices and currencies displayed on the Site may vary by market. The final price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities or carriers. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs inspection and clearance may also cause delays beyond our control.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

8.1 Delayed or apparently lost parcels. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will review the case with the fulfilment partner and/or carrier where appropriate.

8.2 Damaged on arrival. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact returns@glitzandgraf.com as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label where available.

8.3 Resolution. Eligible cases involving confirmed transit damage, misfulfilment, or manufacturing defects are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Depending on the case, the remedy may include a replacement or refund.


9. Failed Delivery and Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, we may, at our discretion:

  • offer reshipment subject to payment of additional shipping costs, or
  • issue a refund of the item price, less any outbound shipping costs already incurred, where appropriate.

If the parcel is not successfully returned to us or to the fulfilment partner, we may be unable to issue a refund.


10. Force Majeure and External Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, strikes, customs actions, carrier disruptions, or interruptions affecting suppliers, transport, or communications infrastructure.


11. Returns, Exchanges, and Withdrawal Rights

Please read our Refund & Return Policy for full details about returns, withdrawal rights, defect claims, and refunds.

Where applicable law grants consumers a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, that right applies subject to any legal exceptions. Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law.

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the customer’s country of residence.


12. Region-Specific Consumer Information

12.1 EU / EEA / UK. Consumers generally have statutory rights in relation to distance purchases, including, in many cases, a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible goods, subject to legal exceptions.

12.2 Romania. Romanian consumers benefit from the mandatory consumer protections provided by applicable Romanian and EU law, including rights relating to non-conforming goods.

12.3 Other jurisdictions. Customers may also benefit from additional mandatory rights under the laws of their own country or state. Where such rights cannot legally be excluded or limited, they apply in addition to this Policy.
