This Policy governs returns, withdrawals, refunds, and replacements for goods purchased from our online store. Orders are fulfilled via third-party print-on-demand providers through the Printify platform.
This Policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, such provisions prevail.
1. Definitions
Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding Romanian public holidays.
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
Delivery Date: the date on which the carrier marks the order as delivered to the shipping address.
Defective Product: a product with a manufacturing fault, damage in transit, or a material non-conformity with the contract of sale, including an incorrect item received.
Personalized Product: a product made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
POD Goods: goods produced individually to order using print-on-demand methods.
RMA: a return merchandise authorization issued by us with return instructions.
Standard Outbound Shipping: the least expensive shipping method offered at checkout for the relevant order.
2. Scope and Interpretation
This Policy governs returns, withdrawals, refunds, replacements, and exchanges for purchases from our online store.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights arising under applicable consumer protection law or our obligations in respect of Defective Products.
3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK)
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may withdraw from most distance contracts within 14 days of the Delivery Date without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at returns@glitzandgraf.com with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. You may also use the optional Withdrawal Form provided in Appendix A.
You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Unless the goods are Defective, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns originating in Romania, we may, where available, arrange a locker-to-locker return shipment on your behalf. Any such cost will be deducted from your refund only with your express consent. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for return shipping yourself after receiving our return instructions.
Refunds following a valid withdrawal will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable proof of return. The refund will include the price paid for the goods and the Standard Outbound Shipping, if charged. Shipping upgrades selected at checkout are not refunded.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception is permitted by law, including for Personalized Products, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, digital goods such as gift cards, and other categories excluded by applicable law.
4. Store Return Policy
For non-personalized products, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of the Delivery Date, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable. Trying on an item to assess fit is acceptable, but handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We may, at our discretion, offer a prepaid return option and deduct its cost from the refund, but only with the customer’s express consent.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Personalized Products
- Sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed
- Gift cards and other digital goods
- Any other products excluded from return by applicable law
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your order is Defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the Delivery Date at returns@glitzandgraf.com.
We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue. Please refer to Appendix B for general guidance.
For valid claims, we will, at our option and at no cost to you, provide a replacement or a refund.
For POD Goods, we do not usually require the item to be returned in defect cases. Where appropriate, we may ask you to keep, donate, or responsibly dispose of the item.
If the wrong size, color, or variant was ordered by the customer, this is not considered a defect and will be treated as a standard return request under this Policy, if eligible.
7. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, email returns@glitzandgraf.com from the email address used for the order, with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[number].
Please include your order number, the item or items concerned, the reason for the return, and any relevant evidence if you are reporting a defect.
We will provide you with return instructions, the designated return address, and, where applicable, an RMA reference. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
You must dispatch the return within 14 days of receiving our return instructions and retain proof of postage. The risk of loss in the return shipment remains with you until the return is received at the designated location.
Please do not send returns to our registered office, as it is not a return handling location.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs formalities, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Cash-on-delivery and duties-collect returns will not be accepted.
8. Delivery Issues
If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly. After investigation with the carrier and/or fulfillment provider, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
If delivery fails due to an invalid or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we may offer reshipment at additional cost or a refund of the item price minus outbound shipping costs, where applicable and where the goods are returned to us or to the fulfillment provider.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided by the customer or upon collection from a designated pickup point.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the earliest applicable event:
- our receipt of the returned goods,
- our receipt of acceptable proof of return, or
- our confirmation of a valid defect claim where no return is required.
Where applicable, refunds include the price paid for the goods and the Standard Outbound Shipping. Shipping upgrades, gift wrapping, duties, taxes, and similar charges are not refundable unless required by law.
We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, where permitted by law.
10. Regional Provisions
Customers in the EU, EEA, and UK benefit from the statutory rights described in Section 3, subject to applicable exceptions.
For customers outside the EU, EEA, and UK, returns and refunds are governed by this Policy, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited.
Where local law grants non-waivable consumer rights, those rights apply in addition to this Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy and any disputes relating to it are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may also have access to applicable online dispute resolution mechanisms where provided by law.
If any provision of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date shown on this page.

Appendix B — Evidence Guidelines for Defect Claims
To help us assess a defect claim efficiently, we may ask for clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Where possible, please provide:
- a clear image showing the issue on the product,
- a wider image showing the full item,
- for incorrect items, a photo showing what was received,
- for damaged deliveries, a photo showing both the product and the packaging,
- for size-related concerns, a photo of the size label if relevant.
If multiple items are affected by the same issue, please include them in a single image where possible.
These are general guidelines only. We may accept alternative evidence where appropriate.
