Perspective No. 01 GLITZ&GRAF Editorial 2026 THE EVOLUTION HUB

When you open your wardrobe in the morning, what do you choose? A random outfit? The most comfortable piece? Or exactly what you need to tell the world who you are that day?

Without saying a word, your clothes speak. They are your first message. And in the first seconds someone meets you, that visual message matters more than we sometimes like to admit.

This is not about vanity, but about intention.

Psychologists call this phenomenon “enclothed cognition” — the idea that the clothes we wear directly influence our psychological processes and how we perform. When you choose a piece that resonates with your values, not only do you appear different to others, but you begin to feel different within your own skin.

My name is Mihai. I’m 35 years old, the founder of GLITZ&GRAF, and I built this brand because I got tired of clothes that shout without saying anything. At some point, I realized a simple truth: if I’m going to wear something, it might as well represent me.

When I was 20, I thought style meant looking good in other people’s eyes. Now I know that style means feeling right in your own skin.

I’m writing this not as a fashion expert, but as someone who wore functional masks for years. As an introvert who learned that sometimes the hardest battle isn’t with others, but with your own fear of being seen as you truly are.

"When you know who you are, you know what you want to express. And clothes become a natural ally, not a borrowed costume."

One of the biggest traps of the digital era is the urge to copy. You see an outfit on Instagram, buy the same pieces and… it doesn’t feel like you. The result? You don’t have an identity — just a collection of outfits that have nothing to do with who you are.

If you have clarity, confidence, and direction in life, your style will reflect that. If you’re constantly seeking external approval, your wardrobe will often feel chaotic, lacking a clear thread. There is no “right” or “wrong” style. There is only intentional style and accidental style.

  • Eliminate unnecessary noise.

Design as an anchor in reality

At GLITZ&GRAF, designs are not just drawings. They are messages we believe are worth wearing. Maybe you’re the type who laughs at absurd situations — then an ironic illustration becomes your mirror. Maybe you need a reminder that you’re on the right path — a subtle message on your chest becomes a silent anchor in your daily routine.

Style is not about clothes. It’s about who you become while wearing them. In a world where everyone is trying to be seen, the real difference is being authentic.
